Any help appreciated

Hi everyone. I am a healthy 25 year old male. About 2 weeks back, I noticed a half-marble sized lump about an inch under my left ear. It felt like a bug bite, so I didn't think much of it. It was not painful at the time. Now, the lump seems more noticeable, maybe because I'm thinking about it more. It is tender to the touch and I am able to move it around. I also noticed a bump on the bottom left half of my jaw that has similar characteristics, but is not as pronounced. Looking at a lymph node diagram, these are seem to be tonsillar and submandibular nodes. Regarding the nodes, I feel like they change sizes throughout the day. They sometimes seem flattened out, but a few minutes later there will be a noticeable bulge. I brought my concern to my primary physician today and he said that they are definitely more prominent than normal. He ran a complete blood count and mono test, all results coming back within normal limits. These same lymph nodes were inflamed a few years back, but my white blood cell count was high (around 20,000). A specialist did an ultrasound on them and did not seem concerned whatsoever. He told me that some lymph nodes don't completely go back to normal after a bad infection. I have an appointment with an ENT specialist tomorrow, so hopefully I will get some sort of answer. Does this seem like anything to be concerned about? Besides the palpable nodes and pain, I am feeling healthier than I ever have. I have not been sick for the past year, so enlargement caused by infection is not likely. I know I am unable to get a diagnosis on here, but my anxiety is shooting through the roof so any words are appreciated. Thank you!!

Do the biopsy! I wish they would send me for one for my 4 swollen lymph nodes on my head/neck. They keep saying it's not necessary yet and to wait and see first but it's been 4 months! My health anxiety is awful. I wish I could just do a full body scan and biopsy and be done with it and know what is going on =(

I have been having swollen lymph node issues for 4 months, I have 4 nodes now on my head/neck area. 2 behind my left ear, 1 on the right side of back of neck, and 1 under left jaw. All of mine are small sized but they have been here for so long and don't seem to be going away. All that changes is more keep popping up -_- it's giving me such bad health anxiety, i keep googling and then worry I have lymphoma or something.

I saw my reg Dr, Dermo, and an ENT now and they all don't seem concerned. They r guessing it is skin related (my acne or dermatitis on my scalp causing the swollen nodes). I had an MRI on the first bump back in Dec, and now they said maybe I could do an ultrasound for the other newer swollen nodes. They all keep saying wait and see - I hate waiting!!!!

From what they all keep saying tho, it seems like more concerning symptoms would be also having weight loss, peristsent fever, or bad night sweats. I don't have any of that so I try to keep reminding myself of that and stay calm but it's so hard.
