Any help please cannot tell if herpes or something else

no irritation, i popped like one of them and it was just blood coming out. they are all over almost though

that looks like molluscum imo (ive had it before) . Its treatable but you should get checked! Also i wouldnt recommend popping them. If it is molluscum or anything else it can spread the infection.
