Please excuse my spelling, in jan I had a severe yeast infection with blisters then from that day swelling pain paper cuts and the worst itch in the world everyday for the next 7 months.

after all std checks negative including blood test and 9 DRS two gyno said LS.

I was given clob and betnovate but at first i felt like it made me worse, now i feel kind of better.

my question is do i moustrise before the cream or after im confused as to if the moustrizer will make the cream work less I was advised to use aquafor as my skin was noy healing.

would appricate any help

also does anyone try a raw food diet?

    My GP advised me to put steroid on after moisturiser that way you can target the steroid properly and not spread it more by applying moisturisers on top.
