Ok,
I'm a 16 year old male I like to exercise and keep fit ( I run 10k twice a week) My diet is not great but has not changed in the last few years and recently i have started suffering from the occasional migraine, maybe once a month, I know this is nowhere near as bad as some of the people who are suffering from them but it is a major inconvenience not just to me, but to my parents aswell I drink plenty of water and rarely eat new/strange foods.
Also, before my most recent migraine my eyes felt a little funny, like when you look at a bright light and then look at something dark and I was struggling to focus on things when looking at them.
If anyone has any idea's what I can do to prevent them or even just ease the pain it would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Logan

I found Migraleve worked for me. You can buy it without a prescription. I used to have difficulty seeing properly and know that a migraine was on its way. There were blanks where I was looking and it was all shimmery so I would have to look to the left or right of something to try to see it. It was very weird.
If I took a Migraleve tablet within the first half hour of having the funny vision then it stopped the migraine coming. There were 2 colours of tablets - yellow and pink. You took one colour when you had the funny vision thing and then a different colour if the migraine had started. It worked so well for me that I never had to take the second tablet.
This might work for you.
