Any idea what these bumps are?

any idea what these bumps are? i received oral sex and had a burning sensation when i peed and got tested for everything and was positive for chlamydia. They tested the bumps for syphilis and herpes but said they were too dry so they may not show any results. Results post doxycyline for 7 days came back negative for everything. However, the RN said it did not look like herpes and i didnt experience and pain or flu like symptoms, or body aches. not sure if it may be molluscum, but they didnt have any liquid in them or pop and crust over like herpes do. any ideas are greatly appreciated.
