Okay so the issue I've been facing for the past year is that I have a constant red area on my glans it used to burn and itch in the beginning but one of the creams I took got rid of that aspect but the redness is still present. My concern now is that in the last 2 days I have grown these odd looking bumps (images) and I am concerned if this whole thing could be an HPV infection, but curious how it could take more than a year for the warts to surface if that's what they are. Also I do not believe it to be pearly penile papules as they are outside of the corona area but I may be wrong.

Any insight is appreciated thank you.

    Does they leak any fluid?

You had any sexual activity recently?

In the first appearance, it looks like genital herps.

No not that I can tell there's no leaking, no sexual activity recently the intercourse of concern happened about a year ago. And ok that doesn't sound good, going to a dermatologist appointment today hopefully I can get an answer. Thanks

I had really similar bumps and it turned out being balanitis go ask your doctor to be 100% sure but it does seem to be the beginning signs of balanitis.

Thanks for the input, I think it may be a sever case of balanitis as well. I've had the redness for a little over a year so was wondering how you were able to get rid of it if you ever did? I keep everything clean, I've used multiple anti fungal and antibiotic creams but the redness still persists.
