Any idea what this is?ibs? Red and purple anus

It has been for more than one year that i feel a pulse on the left lower part of my stomach. Sometimes pain, and burning sensations, that i think there is a scar in my lower stomach.

After that started feeling pain in legs, knee, foot, groin, lower back. At the peak time i couldnt even walk or sit for two weeks.

After that felt pain and tingling and burning sensation in vagina and anus. And still have red vagina, and anus for about ten months.

Sometimes i feel better but symptoms get worse near my period, or with stress.

I have a bad needling and pain sensation in left vagina vestible which comes from left part of stomach.

Also had electricity sensation in outer thighs which have gone recently but come back sometimes.

I am really worried about fistula 😦 and i dont want to go to doctors i am afraid...imageimage

    Looks like you have had haemmarroids or maybe an allergic reaction to something

      Humm no first i thought i have haemmarroids but went to doctor and he said no its not that.

      By the way sometimes i see these white or yellow things in my pee.image
