hi guys over last three days had these skin coloured spots apear on shaft of penis and one on upper foreskin area. i recently received oral sex from a one night stand but that was it. also we have recently had a spell of very very warm weather here for past four or five days. thanks for help

These appear to be normal fordyce spots, but since you have mentioned of oral sex, which I am assuming to be happened in an unprotected fashion, I would suggest you to get tested for STDs as soon as possible, especially if you don't trust the health status of the person whom you were with. Just to be sure and as a precautionary measure.
