Any ideas about stomach issues? 15yrs old

Night before symptoms: period started so took nurofen (ibuprofen) to help with pain and i take this regularly

So a few weeks ago, i suddenly got a chest pain and stomach pain which physically made me have to sit down as it was so bad. It gradually eased off but later that night i threw up 3 times in succession. I had a bm which was normal colour etc but quite loose. The stomach pain continued with no more vomiting and it got less severe however I became constipated. Initially i put it down to not eating a lot as food irritated my stomach but now i'm still quite constipated. Anyways, I went to the GP and she said I had a UTI and gave me antibiotics to treat this however the pain did not stop so I presume I dont have one (i dont even have any of the symptoms really apart from stomach pain). Gradually I gained my appetite back and started eating normally and I was also booked in for another doctor's appointment which I had to wait almost three weeks for! I felt a bit better but was still constipated. Finally I went to the doctors and she gave me omeprazole (PPI) to reduce the acid in my stomach as she thinks the nurofen i've been taking has irritated my stomach so basically gastritis. I've been taking it and I think its helped but i'm still constipated and extremely worried that my symptoms are not gastritis but something a lot more sinister. I'm only fifteen so i know a lot of serious things are quite unlikely, and I probably do make the symptoms worse with my health anxiety. However, does anyone have any ideas what this could be? Ive noticed that the constipation is usually worse in the morning but tends to get a lot easier at night. The constipation is helped by dulcolax but i dont want to take it again whilst i'm taking omeprazole just in case. My stools are either like typical constipation but slightly darker brown (not black or tarry) or completely normal looking but in smaller lumps than one large one. There has been no bleeding from my rectum. I also sometimes get the urge to have a bm straight after eating.

First of all, it is not a good idea to take laxatives at all until your problem is addressed by a doctor. Meanwhile, all I can suggest is that you eat healthily, keep hydrated and get fresh air and exercise. Often monthly periods can come with constipation and other stomach issues. Until your doctor has thoroughly investigated what is going on with you, it is very important to follow his/her advice. It is unlikely that there is anything sinister going on with you and your doctor will soon get to the bottom of it. Just try not to worry, that will only make matters worse. Good luck and I look forward to hearing how you get on.
