Any ideas as to what these white lines on my fingertips are?

Around 4-5 years ago a tiny white line began forming on my pinkie, starting from the outside at my nail, and it's since spread around the finger tip, and another one has appeared on my ring finger next to it. It's underneath the skin. And it doesn't appear "3D" but if run my nail down across it I can feel that it is. Also, whenever my hands prune up from being in water it expands. But I've taken a picture, the flash washed it out a bit, it's actually quite a bit thicker and lighter irl: https://ibb.co/dkqq9x
