Any ideas what I might have? Chronic mostly right sided pains

I've got a lot of unknown pains that doctors haven't had an answer for. Is it really a coincidence there's so many exclusive to the right side? Any guess for what condition I might have? These are all always permanently there.

Timeline:

19th April 2018 - Lower abdominal pain, turns into severe shooting pain at random or with movement, not touch sensitive (right side)

May 2018 - Eye pain & redness in both eyes with frequent migraines (migraines right side)

June/August 2019 - Sore throat & occasionally chest

23rd April 2020 - Ankle pain, turns severe with movement, touch sensitive (right side)

August/September 2020 - Facial cheeks and tips of ears inflammation, usually temporarily worsens in response to extreme emotion and any amount of warmth (rosacea?)

August 2022 - Legs covered in thousands of little red dots below the skin from ankle to thighs, worsens after standing for longer than usual or bending (petechiae?)

September 2022 - One painless enlarged tonsil (right side)

February 2023 - Rib, side of rib, navel and lower abdominal pains, touch sensitive (right side)
