I noticed these the other day on my inner thigh, right above my knee. My quad had been very sore after a workout, so I had been using a heating pad. I was thinking heat rash but I doubt it. They do itch sometimes but not very often. I have 2 more bumps on my thigh, as well as a few on the left side of my lower back by my tailbone. I had also been using the heating pad on that part of my back due to soreness.

I also thought they might he bites, but I dont have them anywhere else.

They may be molluscum .Its a viral infection of the skin and they may heal fairly quickly or it can take up to 18 months to finally be clear of them. Just keep them clean and dont pick or squeeze. Picking and squeezing them will just produce more patches as the contents of the spots can be highly contagious. its a fairly common condition in children and young adults.

If they are spreading a lot or you are worried after the covid virus is finished then do see your doctor.

i'm pretty sure they are just acne, if not "cystic acne" i get them often

I would try using tea tree oil & oregano oil it will help shrink the bumps watch 😃

    get better.
