Any insight appreciated! Fatty Liver/ULQ swelling.

I would deeply appreciate anyones input or thoughts on my situation..

3 weeks ago I had pain in my upper left quadrant, felt it and there was some sort of mass or swelling, went to DR, ordered ultrasound, found fatty liver, and he says thats whats causing the swelling on left side.

Ive looked online and cannot find anything about the liver and the upper left quadrant or even if it affects that area. Have any of you fellow fatty liver members had swelling in the ULQ with fatty liver? Or should I get a second opinion on what the swelling is?

    i went to my gp also had pain on right side ultrasound revealed a fatty liver plus a 2cm gallstone if you feel a second opionion is best then go with that let us know how you get on .....

    Hello. The liver is on the right side . I also have fatty liver and just had a fibroscan done on my liver. You need a second opinion.
