Its been going on for just about a month now. had a bad reaction to a spermicidal condom and shortly (couple days) a red mark appeared. The redness went away but left what seems to be a outline of where it was. Then a couple days following that small bumps appeared. I was vaccinated for HPV as a pre-teen and all my std checks came back negative. any thought?

I have one similar since years, only today got vaccinated for HPV, but I'm almost in my 30's
No idea what it could be.
