Any nature method to replace anti virus medication

I was infected by HSV2 this year January and diagnosed in March since I also had mycoplasma infection. It ruined my life. I cannot tell anyone of my disease. I had a lot symptom like fatigue, chill, nerve pain, tiggling for the past two months. My first OB was in the beginning of March, and the second one only ten days apart due to I was under a lot of stress.

I read a lot of information here, and started to take Vitamin C, Zinc, Olive Leaf Extract, Echinacea, coconut oil etc. It's too much vitamin for me. I am on Valtrex for 20 days during the first OB. I don't want to stay with anti virus medicine very long because I am afraid it will attack my immune system or doesn't work anymore if I take it in long term.

I feel I am hopeless and cannot back to my normal life. Anyone please please give my your suggestions what is the best way to prevent OB? By the way, I am in my middle 40's and going to menopause period.

Did the Valtex seem to help any of your symptoms at all? I have been dealing with the same symptoms now for over four months and tested negative at three months but I am going to go back in and re-test because I’m quite positive that is what I have but all the symptoms of been relentless for four months and getting unbearable

I think Valtrex helped a little. The symptoms came back and force. Do you take any vitamins? You never had an OB?

I’ve never had the typical outbreak, just lots of burning, fatigue, nerve pain, constipation irritated throat. I have been taking some vitamins B 12, B complex, L-lysine some good multivitamins and some other supplements from a natural pathic doctor but don’t know if they are really helping or not ?

I think your immune system is fighting with the virus, that's why you are showing those symptoms. I had those symptoms for one and half month before my first OB showed up during my period. It was a small sores not easily noticed. No itching, a little pain.
