    Can i ask why you need to write and can't your doctor help?

      Hi Teresa

      Just need to lay down some ground rukes for my return.

      If it then starts going wrong and/or gets too much I will go to doctors.

    Just booked in with doctors this morning too, to have a chat and see what they recommend
