    Hi Stephanie,

I know it's hard to not worry when these types of things happen.

With what you're experiencing, it could be anything from coming down with a virus/flu, hormones or the good old anxiety attack. I would suggest seeing a doctor to get checked out. If everything comes back clear, then it might just be anxiety?

I know you are looking for reassurance but the doctor can only give you that.

I hope you're feeling better today and keep me updated.

This past Monday I almost passed out at the store. I felt lightheaded and felt cold and hot. This is because I haven't been eating good. You mentioned you haven't been eating a lot lately. That's probably your cause. But like Lind says. Only your doctor can give you reassurance.

Could well be from anxiety or from low blood sugar from not eating. I get all these things from either one

I get those type of feelings especially when I'm eating out in company. I have had it for years, it gets so bad sometimes when i go to swallow my food I feel like I will pass out but i then feel better when I leave the situation, that's why I put mine down to stress. I hope this helps.
