Any recommended ibs treatnents

I suffer ibs and have done for years, can anyone recommend any good medicines or treatments that help.

    i use colofac and or buscopan....... hope that helps smile

      Hi Mark, I've used buscopan and it dosnt help, I will look into Colofac.

      My GP prescribed me Alverine when things got really bad...... I'm also trying to look at my diet to try and help with symptoms

    Take a serious look at your diet. Write down the foods you eat and work out a diet for yourself that will help you

    hi wolfie i have had bad ibs since April 2016 but think i have had it for some years maybe even from childhood as i had problems then and that was in the seventies they did not do much for us then, as for now i take spandol from the doctor they are ok but not a wonder drug i also take peppermint capsules , turmeric capsules ,    

    L glutamine & 20 billion probiotic capsules & aloe vera juice
