Any suggestions based on symptoms? 2 month wait till next doctor meeting

So a quick summary; I'm 18, and was physically active and well until I was struck down with chest pain back in January. Since then I get regular stabbing pains with no obvious trigger, located around my heart on the surface, deep within the ribs and in my back behind where my hear sits. This is accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness and weakness. ECGs, echocardiograms, and more blood tests than I can count have all failed to find a cause. I'm asking on here after a particularly horrific episode of pain tonight that lasted 2 hours despite my regular painkillers (which I'm advised to take 2-3 times a day every day).

Anyone any any suggestions on what this could be, what I could try for relief or what to do? My next hospital appointment isn't til August and my current gp situation makes it hard to speak to a doctor

Buy a device that records your heart rate and see if your heart rate changes when experiencing the pains. I’m not a doctor or anything just a relatively young cardiac patient myself

You obviously need a specialist quickly

I am not a medical person but I have heard of several people recently who have had a blood clot somewhere and the clot has broken up. The small particles have then blocked their lungs

They have been misdiagnosed by GPs.Why can't you find a specialist sooner? Next time you have pain go to a hospital emergency and beg for attention if that's what it takes

awfully young but is this after eating? sounds similar to gall bladder attacks.  they can feel like someone is knifing you in the gut through to the back.  Before I had mine out I had several attacks that doubled me over and nothing really showed there was much wrong until I ended up in ER and they did a Ultrasound of gall bladder.  few weeks later out it came and all better.  but i was 10 years older than you and even that was relatively young for that sorta thing.

Good luck and if you can't see you GP due to funds- perhaps a county agency most will take small payments or help apply for assistance etc.
