Any thoughts?

Hi. I was diagnosed around 30 years ago wth genital herpes. Quite easy to deal with as approx 4/6 outbreaks a year, cleared up within 10 day with very little discomfort in later years. I was prescribed a maintenance dose of Acilovir which has really helped and seemed to decrease the outbreaks.

However, approx 18 months ago had a blister appear which other than the occasional break of a few days is constantly there, always in the same place . No pain or prodrome just weeps?

Is this a common thing, any advice?
