Any ways to treat this?

So i've been dealing with some pretty bad jock itch for the last couple of months. Recently i've been treating it with a miconazole over-the-top cream which did a good job at scaling the situation down.

But i've noticed that i have a particular rash stemming from the pubic hair stems. I've been treating it with the cream to no avail. Any ideas on how to treat it?

Not sure if these are just open sores from previous scratching, or if it could be something else. Please let me know!
