Hi yeah you have phimosis you should have it checked with your doctor they may give you some steroid cream which would help with stretching. I'd try this first see if it improves if not then you can consider having a circumcision

It's worth trying in your case I'v see worse cases I think it might work it could take a little while you need to go slowly because you don't want to cause any scarring. the steroid cream will help with that so you should see your doctor first and try the cream and stretching time will tell if it helps.

    Hi @jaswinder29141,

In your case, this is something that you could resolve by stretching. If you get steroid creams prescribed by a Doctor, they will help, but are not necessary by the look in the photo. This way will take time, 6 months up to 2 years.

You don't mention if the foreskin retracts fully when you're soft, is this the case?

If so, stretching will certainly work, eventually.

Feel free to dm me if you want.

Hi yes the frenulum is a little tight you should get it checked out with your doctor. It's important to be able to retract your foreskin and clean every day. Some steroid cream will help with the tight foreskin along with stretching, but take your time stretching you don't want to cause any scarring which would only make it worse. Hope this helps

I would suggest, in view of your young age, it would be worth a consultation with a doctor/urologist. That is tight and will impact your lifestyle in the future to say nothing of maintaining cleanliness etc..

Hi , in those kind of cases circ isn't the one and only solution so don't worry just now. My problem was very similar to yours. When I went to a urologist as young adult he insisted to removing frenulum as first step and potentially partial cut in the future. Some guys have this kind of tip of skin in front part of penis,I have and its narrow . Of course I had many doubts after the surgery – I needed some months for foreskin to widen. Thaknfully did not need to cut anything off in the end

Are you able to clean yourself properly down there? It can suggest if maybe for you as well frenulum surgery may be only thing needed.
