Anybody on a Lower Venlafaxine Dosage than 37.5mg?

I am taking Venlafaxine for post-concussion anxiety.  i was prescribed 37.5mg extended release each day but found that to give me a bunch of side-effects.  I'm contemplating halfing that dosage to see if there are less side-effects.  i did see a noticable drop in my general anxiety at 37.5mg, even within a couple of days.  

Any responses would be much appreciated.

    How long have you been on 37.5. I was on it for 5 days and then moved up to 75xl for 12 days now. The side effects are hard but the anxiety was the worst for me. My doctor gave me some anti anxiety mass to hold me over. I don’t think going any lower will do much good. They try to get you up to 75 which is the lowest therapeutic dose.  I would talk to your doctor to get his advice. It can take 6-8 weeks for it to fully kick in.
