    Do  you mean Rituximab?

Several of us on the forum have this.

I am just about to have the second infusion of 2 after my first set 7 months ago. It has made a significant difference to me.

In with the infusion they also give you an antihistamine and steroid ( similar to prednisolone if you ve had that) This is to stop any allergic reaction to the rituximab. But it also means you get some relief almost straight away due to the steroid-

For me I had improvement after a few weeks, certainly after a month( though think they say up to 8 weeks) i

Take something to read or music to listen to as you re there a long time- though I usually have a doze as well as the antihistamine makes you sleepy.

Really hope this works for you- been brilliant for me.

Been brilliant for me too! Due for my second infusion in Jan.

I waited an extra month because I was doing so well, and then the rheumy waited another for the same reason... I'm into my 9th month and still feeling great!

Not everyone gets that extension though.
