Anybody Still on Here?

I am 65 (going on 45) and have had this for 3 years and am determined to find answers that doctors cannot seem to provide. Sugar does not both me and I've tried the anti-inflammatory diet but it did not seem to have any effect. No white spots now but did have them. Disappeared after the clobetasol and now just have shiny wrinkly skin on /around perineum that hurts pretty much 24/7. Have seen 8 docs. They don't know. The creams I see mentioned here are British I guess. We do not have them here. I use coconut or castor oil which help some. What's up with this group?
