All the time, I am on Slimming world so do not have a high fat intake therefore feel like im getting ripped off when they dont work , I take two at each meal and i have even found myself having an extra one if i slip and have a fatty snack. To be honest i still dont see alot of change from when i was only taking the prescribed three a day.

Some people say that there the worst things ever invented that they cannot stay off the toilet etc, but i never got any of those things. i asked my doctor, all i was told was then your not eating the volume of fats they need to work.

So from what you've said - that if you're not going to the toilet enough that they're not working? I was told that you had to stay under 15g of fat per meal and the tablets would get rid of the stuff that's not needed?

I've not had any horrible side effects. The tablets block 1/3 of the fat from being absorbed and discard it via BM. If your having a low fat diet taking 2 tablets won't have any added effect as there's no fat to block. That's why if you have too much fat you get orange oil as it stops too much and removes it. If taken properly and by sticking to the 15 grams of fat you shouldn't have any nasty accidents. I've been having between 15-20 grams of fat a day and in 2 weeks have lost between 6 &7 lbs. The tablets need fat in which for them to work.
