Anyone can confirm symptoms?

Stomach pain, nausea, weight loss, achalasia, you name it.

Any stomach cancer survivors? Can you confirm if all these symptoms stayed with you for a few years before diagnosis?

I caused myself a very large hiatal hernia due to violent vomiting. It never got resolved, and after 4 years I'm having all symptoms of cancer. I have lost of weight and since a relative of mine died during an endoscopy (young female, healthy, died due to mediastinitis caused by endoscope perforation) I cannot bring myself to get an endoscopy.

Just wanted to know if any of you who went through this type of cancer had the same symptms.
