Yes. I have been diagnosed. I was actually enrolled in a class to attend monthly trainings to managed my pre-diabetes but doing it over the phone due to the outbreak of the virus. I've only had one session so far!

Yes, I have. It went away but then the following year it was back. I think our blood sugar levels fluctuate during Peri menopause/menopause since insulin is a hormone and all of our are fluctuating. It makes sense when you think about it. Our weight goes up and down. Our blood pressure goes up and down. Our moods go up and down, etc, and so forth.

I totally agree sharcerv5....it makes perfect sense that the hormonal dance wreaks havoc on everything including blood sugar levels.
