Scratch themselves or pinch real hard or pull on their hair on the verge of a panic attack or when they feel their about to lose control? I don't self harm its only when it's gets real bad it helps to get a grip back to reality

    Since the moment I woke up this morning I've been thinking about how I feel.... so spaced out detatched I keep trying to ground myself, by thinking of "normal things I enjoyed in the past" but the feeling of unreality is more powerful than nice thoughts.... just find my self drifting into my own world of weird reality then I get like a wake up call of extream fear that I've lost my mind.... also I think I'm having an existential crisis became of how I'm feeling! I don't know what grounds me I only woke up this morning I wqs already not grounded.
