My anxiety is back after 1 year on 50mg sertraline .. upped dose to 75mg but feeling horrible at night stinging and tingling sensation everywhere when i try to sleep. i was able to sleep at least 5 hrs other nights but last night was so intense. Has other peoples meds stopped working for them after a while??
