I have had a hot bath and I am lying in my bed now I don't know why I do it because I know I will be in extreme pain now but I hate to let this fibro strip me 2 a shell of who I was but now I keeping thinking maybe I should just give in

Going for a sleep as i have exhausted myself

Hi, i bought some of the trace minerals this week as you recommended. I

found the source natural one on Amazon,I didn't buy that one as 2 reviewers on separate sites said it contains Methylparaben. Which is not very good if they claim its natural. I Bought the Good state one...been a very long time since I've been in one of those!

Hi Chris, yes I do just that, then spend a while in bed afterwards. Sometimes it's worth doing, just to be happy and appreciate the world around us. I have overdone it though on occasion, so I know not to do that again, eg walking the dogs to the beach then wondering whether I would actually make it home. Another time I thought I would take them down a bridle path, only to find it disappeared and I ended up walking across fields. It does give me a boost though as I think Yes I did that do it makes up for the days when my legs are so heavy I can barely walk at all.

Your reply made me smile Caroline, we have five dogs and have been known to set off for a walk, hubby will ask if I want to go back or keep going, if it's a nice day I can finish up walking too far, once we did fifteen miles over the fells, it was a beautiful day but I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived home.

Yes I've done exactly the same today and really paying for it now,

My body hurts from head to foot, I'm also going to bed as I'm working tomorrow, right now I don't know how I will get through the night let alone work tomorrow,

But I must keep going it's not going to strip me either

Hope you feel a bit better tomorrow.

oh yes as i love gardening again and again, I even lie down to do weeding and yes often pay for it.

what helps for me is as soon as indoors a hot shower or soak in bath with epsom salts ,wrap up warm and take painkillers followed by gentle stretching exercises.

recently i have started taking magnesium tablets which after a few weeks of taking pain in the main has lessened plus a week ago i started taking 5htp at night for sleep (forgot tonight waiting the hour for it to take effect) beats amitrpaline and tramadol for me .best sleeps ive had for 20 years.

we all do it especially as you dont know overdone until too late and every day is different and the positions we adopt to do many things are quite bizare ,and it is not silly to want to lead a normal life .
