Anyone else get this symptom?

Hi

I've had costochondritis for around 3 years on & off. My symptoms are similar to a lot of others here and I really sympathise with you all. One symptom I get that I haven't seen mentioned by anyone here is a loose feeling in my lower left ribs area (which is where my costo is) and a lot of gurgling and rumbling noise when I move. I only get it when the costo flares up - does anyone else get this.? It can be quite alarming.

    Although I haven't been diagnosed I think I may have this as the nurse thinks it's a possibility too if this makes sense I feel like there's something sticking out at the bottom of my ribs I have to move if I'm sitting down and rest on my opposite side is this normal?? X

    Thanks for your reply - I often have a feeling of something digging in to my side although sometimes it could be described as if somethings sticking out. I get so many different pains and they move from one place to another so I often wonder if it's my liver or kidneys but reading everyone elses experiences here it seems like typical costo. It definitely sounds possible you have costo. Hope you're not feeling too bad at the moment.

      I just get so worried about the pains thinking oh no I'm ill I shouldn't be getting this etc, have you acid reflux as I get a lot of gurgling etc like something moving about in there (defo not preggo lol) you may have that too x
