Anyone else get tired of everyday feeling rotten?

I'm having a bad day and have been having one for at least a week and then my good days aren't completely without pain either. I had to go to the doctor Monday as my sinuses have been giving me fits with headache and am now taking antibiotics. I feel like I just want to go back to bed and stay there. Between the aching all over and the headache and this feeling of feeling yucky all the time it sure does get a person down. I did get a good nights sleep last night and that was wonderful since I usually wake up all night long. You would think I would feel better after sleeping all night but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

    hi there,

i know how you feel but you are lucky in a way you know what is causing you pain i dont.  as yet i have not been diagnosed with Fibro.  like you i feel so tired and feel that i could sleep the day away and know as soon as your eyes close and youmove the pain remindes you that it is there.

even if i haev managed to have a good nights sleep i feel like i have never been to bed soes that make sense.  guess we just have to learn to cope the best way we can and go on with life , i know it is hard but dont give in to it.  enjoy the good days and remember them on the bad.

You are so right.  I do feel thankful for the good days and feel quilty complaining when I know so many people have it a lot worse.  It does get discouraging not being able to do things and a lot of times no one understands what you are going through.  Hope you get relief soon.

I am so sorry you are going through this, I too am feeling the same, everyday seems a new area of pain.  I am glad your were able to get some sleep though. The most sleep I have been getting is maybe two to three hours if any, My husband and I get up every morning at 4:30am, he leaves at 5:15am and I start work at 6am.  Its very hard trying to concentrate on my customer between aches.

Glad I joined this site, it does help a little to talk to people that are pretty much going through the same thig and understand.

Hi Judy sorry your feeling so rough. Having suffered from CFS and Fibro I understand  what it's like to be tired all the time. Even sleeping does not refresh you properly. I had a sinus infection a few years back and had all the antibiotics etc. Sadly they didn't work for me and I ended up with a sinus operation to clear the infection ( remember to take acidophilus when on antibiotics or you could get secondary stomach problems).

if you have an infection hanging around its bound to make you feel really rough, see how things pan out after the antibiotics are finished and if you still feel the same there is something else afoot! Don't stop seeing your GP, sadly you have to almost be an annoyance sometimes or you get forgotten in the medical system. Thanks again.
