After sudden onset of severe dizziness which didn't go away after 10 hours (including one night of very disturbed sleep) I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with left-ear BPPV. He performed the Epley and Semont manoeuvres and told me to keep doing these at home. After seeing the doctor I felt less dizzy for a few hours but by midday I was back to the spinning room feeling. I'm now on my second day of constant dizziness despite doing the exercises as prescribed. Everything I'm reading about BPPV says the dizziness only lasts for short periods and is set off by positional changes, but mine is continuous, even when I'm sitting or lying completely still the dizziness doesn't go away. Could it be that the diagnosis was incorrect or maybe I am just unlucky and have it worse than most people? I am 30 and completely fit and healthy.

The epley will make you feel worse to.
You then need to look at VRT to deal with any damage the crystals have caused
