Anyone else have dizzy dreams?

For example, the other night I had a dream I was on a water slide. Real life me would never ride one because of motion sickness but dream me thought it was a good idea. As I went down the slide, I was really dizzy. When I woke up that morning, I was dizzy where as the day before I had not been.

This isn't the first time I've dreamt of being dizzy or had a dream I was dizzy in. I noticed that if I become dizzy in my sleep, I'm dizzy in the morning.

Does anyone else experience this and if so, do you think it's your bodies way of dealing with a vertigo attack while you sleep?

Just curious!

    Had those dreams alot. Lol. Doc told me time my diazepam so I take one before bed to help this.

      Really??? LOL! That's so funny!

      How weird is it that we even have dizzy dreams?

    My dreams are the only time I don't feel the dizziness or need my cane or walker to walk, very freeing until I awake. 😞
