Anyone else have PCOS and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)?

In the past year I've been diagnosed with both PCOS and HS (hidradenitis suppurativa). I know that woman with PCOS are more likely to develop HS, since hormone imbalances are thought to play a role in the disease. Well I've been searching everywhere trying to find discussions from others who are dealing with both of these conditions with no luck! If anyone else has HS too, I'd love to connect and hear about methods that have/haven't worked as well as just any information about the connection between the two conditions. In particular, if anyone has found that classic methods for dealing with HS do not work when PCOS is also a factor.  Any info is much appreciated!!!

Hi!!! I have been officially diagnosed with HS for about 5 years but for 10 years I believe I had HS. Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with PCOS so I completely understand how you feel.
