Anyone else mnot able to stablise there body temp ?

Hi everyone

I was just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty keeping warm even in the hot weather ?

I mentioned this to my GP and shge said it was down to the meds.More so co codamol. I have been off co codamol for a week now and even on the warmest of days I can't keep warm and I am some times so cold I am shivvering and have to have a thremal blanket and a hot water bottle to bring it under control again.

I took my  temperature with a digital thermometer and it reads

36.2 C and I feel like it is the middle of winter.even though thisafternoon it has been quite warm outside.

So I was just wondering anyone else like this ?

    I agree better cold than hot. It was just a surprise as I usually am vocal about this darn heat down here.
