I have Grade 4 chondromalacia of the knee. In other words, bone on bone.
As bad as knee pain can be, I find that dealing with the stress and anxiety of it all is just as bad. Especially when family members are not as understanding or supportive as they could be.
How are you coping with this or any other chronic condition?
