so i went to the hospital Sunday and they told me looks like the start of a herepes outbreak. worst words ive heard in my life yet. how, when, who? ill never know. i just thought i cut myself with my sharp nails while drunk from wiping too hard. but then 2 turned to 5 and i knew it wasn't from being drunk. i really hate myself right now. im wondering if there's even love life after this. i wanted more kids, a husband. now im sure im done i really just want to end it all......

Is it painful? Getting worse or better?
Did they start you on meds!
Could be bacterial!
But honestly having herpes changes nothing about you!

Don't panic I have had HSV since 1998, so I felt really bad after I found out what it was in 2001-2002 like my life was over. Like you I figured who would want this I would not blame anyone for not wanting to be with me. Life got better and I found my wife I told her about it after 3rd date things were going good. I explained the what to do lower the risk of her getting it that was in 2004. We have been together ever she has never had a outbreak. We are careful to avoid during any outbreaks so don't worry if it turns out to be HSV. Remember HSV is not a death sentence just an annoying rash. I take B-12 helps boost the immune system I haven't had a outbreak in 2 years. If it turns out to not be HSV then that's good also.
