I'm on my 8th day, have done tonnes of excercise,  eaten very low fat with no cheating at all and today I'm in such a bad mood it's unbelievable!  Everyone is getting it in the neck... yesterday I was really pleased at a loss of 5 lbs today I couldn't care less! Anyone else have this?
