Anyone else with Crohn's struggle with headaches?

I was diagnosed 2 months ago with Crohn's and I've started to suffer really badly with headaches. Is this a related symptom?

    I suffer with migraines & hAve a lot of headaches but not sure it’s crohns related? Are you on any meds? Could be a side effect of medication if so...

      I'm on mesalazine, iron and b12 at the moment. I'm due for my first IBD clinic appointment this Thursday. Could it be from any of those?

      I wouldn’t have thought so. I used to be on all of the above & didn’t have headaches as a side effect but every one is different & medication effects people in different ways. Mention it to your dr at your appointment just in case it’s med related...

    I also get regular, or close to constant headaches. I'm also on Mesalazine but I think it's more of a Crohns thing. It a usually worse when rest of symptoms flare.

      Great thank you! Hopefully it will start to get better as the mesalazine starts to work!
