Anyone else with vestibular issues get weird eye blur but only in one eye?

hey everyone! my name is holly and im 30 (just for reference)

to make a long story short,

this is my second bout of vestibular issues stemming from what i assume is nasty allergies inflaming my faulty eustachian tube and inner ears (that doctors agree to but seem to not want to fix for me besides handing me flonase) in which set off a course of vestibular neuritis

the first time this hit me i got smacked with vertigo and nausea which turned off but then visual disturbances like the trees shaking when i walked and feeling like i was constantly on a boat for 9 straight months before it went away (with almost useless help from doctors)

well its decided to show up again 5 months after it dissappated

this second bout is quite strange, im having similar issues that i had the first round including the week long vertigo and puking just like the first time... however .. now im having tremendous ear pain that comes and goes, and only one of my eyes is blurry all to hell... in the beginning it was just weird eye shaking nonsense whenever i looked around in both eyes, but it seems to have changed its course.

saw 2 ents no infection of the sorts in my ear, they just stated my eustachian tubes were inflamed.

ive had an entire set of mris including my neck, so i know its not a tumor or anything like that. however this onset of pain and now one sided blurry vision is quite alarming and has p****d off my blood pressure and anxiety thats forsure. i have a physical therapist ready to go starting monday.

however, this didnt happen last time and has me quite concerned. anyone else experience this? anything help it?
