Anyone ever felt spinning in the head when pressing on your neck?

A few months ago, while turning over in the middle of the night, I experienced extreme head spinning. The only way to describe it, my eyes felt like they were rolling like a slot machine. I couldn't sit up, my heart started racing and I had to call 911! When i sat up i was immediate sick and vomited. I was diagnosed with vertigo and sent home. Afterward everytime I would push a pillow under my neck or tilt my head back, I would start spinning. im not sure its vertigo because the spinning is associated with neck pressure.

    Hi, I am experiencing this at the moment and dont know what it is as well. For me everytime i feel dizzy my legs feel like their is no blood in them and i feel like im on a roller coaster or falling. I dont know what helps but it feels terrible when this dizziness or lightheadedness does come. I also feel pressure in my nose and ears.

      im suffering the same

      this is probably because our stiffy deep neck muscles

      my head feels heavy ears and nose as well
