Anyone experience continuous vaginal itching??

My last outbreak was 2 months ago maybe i don’t know exact but since then I’ve been experciencing a vaginal itch for the most part it’s continuous no bumps or any other sign of a outbreak. It’ll stop for a day or two but once i think I’m in the clear it’s back. Any idea on what it could be?? Or something that could help me?? I don’t take any meds aside from valeted during an outbreak!

I've not had many outbreaks since I've been positive for maybe 8 months, but I had the itch for weeks after an outbreak, I used numbing gel (which is surprisingly hard to manipulate out of a pharmacist) so that i wouldnt scratch and trigger another outbreak or something

But from what I understand it's a attack on the nervous system which makes areas itchy for no reason - my itches were both down there, but also on the lower half of my bum cheeks, cause of my f****d up nerves - gotta wait it out if it is nerves.

You could use a vagisil test to check it's not thrush or what ever the other itchy issues are and treat it accordingly??

I think maybe i should start a suppressive theatre as well, I’ve been eating healthy also! I’m gonna go to the doctors ASAP to have this checked out because it’s so annoying

I have been trying to figure that out since last year, I'm eating better, getting rest, taking valtrex for suppressive therapy. I don't get it

I’m gonna start suppressive therapy and see how that helps but if it’s a nerve thing my dr needs to tell me how to get rid of it, i can’t stand the itching!
