Anyone experience good results with Fosteum Plus?

I have had osteopenia since 2009 and now I have osteoporosis in hip. Dr. suggested Fosteum Plus since I don't want to take other drugs. A couple of years ago I took Citracal Plus with Bone Density (genistein) and my bone density actually improved slightly (I also was exercising very regularly and followed a good diet). Fosteum Plus also has genistein in it so I am considering this.

This is interesting. I have not had experience with it but I will explore.

I take vitamin K2 on its own and also vitamin D, both daily.

With calcium, I just watch my levels on my blood tests. Magnesium is another one I have but not so regularly as K2 and D.

I am also being very good with my diet maximising nutrients as much as possible but avoiding sugar and white flour altogether. I don't have any biscuits or cake except for maybe my birthday or a celebration. I go months without having any.

We are having lots of soups and stews as it is winter in Australia.

I also take K2, D3, Calcium Citrate and Magnesium. I have decided to try the Fosteum Plus since it has genistein in it, which I did have good luck with a couple of years ago, and also, it has some of the other recommended supplements to go along with it, so that I can eliminate a couple of pills. Thanks for the reply! It's really nice to get other opinions.

Hi. this sounds interesting. Going to look into it. Perhaps when all my scores are better than -2.5, I might give it a try. Will need to discover a few things about it first, but sounds promising. All in one tablet. Now thats a good idea
