Anyone experience hypnic jerks with heart palps, when they are super exhausted or anxious at night?

I've been pulling in all nighters, been dehydrated and have bad anxiety just based on what I have going on in my life right now. I'm growing an online business and holding down a sales job at the same time. So All good stuff, so that's a positive at least. I notice at night, when I'm trying to lie down , my mind races 1000 miles/second and then I just start to fall deep into sleep and then I get this hypnic jerk with like this feeling throughout my body of extreme fatigue and my heart produces some PVCS or several extra contractors. Then when I breath I'm okay. Also have this tightness in my chest, where my esophagus is . I Notice the tightness when I bend sideways or try to get up from a lying down position, bending my body at the torso, like twisting left or right. I think it's because my esophagus is probably so sensitive or maybe inflammed due to stress and since the vagus nerve is there and I'm bending or adding pressure to it when bending, I feel this rightness and get an ectopic beat in the middle of my chest. I'm trying to relax more and drink more water. Seems to be helping but last night I was just so in my head. I eventually just crashed and had a good night sleep. I'm going to try to sleep earlier, drink more water and decompress more.

ANy advice would help. Thanks

so relaxation is key, avoid caffeine after 12 pm, have a bath before bed. Do not look at your phone or tablet about 3 hours before bed. Try yoga or pilates and meditation. Try and avoid alcohol as this makes the symptoms worse. When you are over tired you are more likely to get these symptoms. Take vitamin d an b complex and try taking a handful of almonds and/or walnuts and eat a banana every day. If you get a jerk, just think "at least that is out of the way now" and try to carry on sleeping. Things like antihistamine or codeine can bring on jerks particularly if mixed with alcohol, so only take these meds if necessary.

you could try lavender oil on your wrists, feet and forehead it is supposed to have a calming affect. You can also get these calming essential oil blend roll ons. Also lavender pillow spray.

As for tea, chamomile is supposed to be calming although it isn't the nicest flavour. I think peppermint tea is supposed to be good. I have nettle and peppermint blend because nettle is supposed to help with allergies.
