Anyone experience these symptoms in genitals do not understand what this can be?

So in April I got a severe yeast infection that took a couple doses of diflucan to cure I have always had a problem with reoccurring yeast infections. The symptoms subsided for like a day and then came back after I started new birth control, took more diflucan the symptoms seemed to have clear up except a burn down there every so often, went back to the doctor to check came back negative for yeast. I am currently on suppressive therapy for the yeast infections due to my reoccurring infections. Last week I was diagnosed with a bacteria in the urine so I got 3 day course of Bactrim then the official results came back Monday stating I had a bacterial infection and uti in the bladder? did not even know that there can be bacterial infections that thought was just a uti or at least thats what I understood the nurse said that it was both. So now I am on macrobid for a week. Those symptoms seem to be having subsiding, but yesterday I got out of the shower and I had this excruciating burning sensation, especially when I open my lips up it burned so bad and was extremely red in color. This burning sensation has been on and off since beginning of April, yeast infection culture came back negative that I had on Thursday even though my doctor thought it was a yeast infection, but now I am thinking could I have gotten another one after I finished the antibiotics on Saturday and starting these new ones on Monday? I took a dose of diflucan on Sunday for my suppressive therapy so I am thinking how could that be. Plus it seems different then my other yeast infections I have is really bad burning and swelling down there especially on the inside right at the opening to the lips before the actual vaginal hole and on the area between the anus and vagina and no itching, but today I noticed a watery white/clear discharge just pouring out not white clumpy like usually VERY CONFUSED WHAT THIS IS !!! help do not know if it another yeast infection with different symptoms or something completely else or is it from the UTI but thats only internal pain I thought. So much anxiety and being so down thinking it is herpes or an STD I just do not understand why it burns so much and when I walk around it is just so uncomfortable like manageable to walk but not a nice feeling. PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS HAD SIMILAR SYMPTOMS OR WOULD KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON just for a little piece of mind do not know when I will go to the doctor since I have been going there nonstop and getting nothing out of it.

A couple thoughts - do you have an exposure that you are concerned about? This will help you rule out the STD. The doctor can test you quite easily for common bacterial infections such as chlamydia  and gonnorhea.

You mentioned herpes, but you said nothing about blisters or lesions - so this is unlikely.

There is also a balance in the body of good bacteria which control yeast. Yeast can overgrow with the use of broad spectrum antibiotics.  This may be because they kill off normal genital bacteria, making it easier for yeast to thrive. Any antibiotic can change the bacterial balance in the body and it is possible, the antibiotics made your existing yeast infection worse.

I did have exposure that I was worried about in April got tested 9 days post exposure everything came back negative except for the yeast infection and type 1 herpes that I have had forever now apparntely. Got retested at 5 1/2 weeks for herpes was really worried about that and the type 2 was still negative. Yeah it is just really bad burning mostly consistent. The thing is Thursday I got tested for yeast and it came back negative but I started the antibitoics after that even with being on suppresive therapy for yeast infection is there a chance I could still be getting a yeast infection now because that triggered it I just do not understand how it would be yeast if I am taking a weekly dose of fluconazole. Thats why I am scared it is herpes, but yeah I have not seen any sores, just these symptoms are so weird to me.

Yeast infection could leave a irritaded trace of injured skin surface even if cured. You should see if your doctor could recommend izoconazole nitrate 1% as a solution to skin treatment to help with the redness and swelling.

About 70% of the population has HSV1, which is usually associated with oral herpes. No big deal once your body suppressed the virus.

Herpes blood tests for HSV2  (usually genital) are most conclusive at about 16 weeks, so you are early. The stinging burning would be a symptom, but outbreaks come and go, with your first being the longest typically. But, if you don’t see any obvious signs around the vulva/outer area then you can most likely rule this out.

What other STDs did they test you for?

Yeah my doctor prescribed me some clotrimazole/bethamasone steriod cream which I have not used yet

I have been getting the burning feeling on and off and never any lesions with it and typically the burning is bad for like a day or two and then it subsides. I got tested for all STD's possible. Im going back in July to retest for everything, that will be 14 weeks post exposure which is close to 16 and i heard from 12-16 it is most reliable results. Just would think if it is genital herpes that I would have gotten a much worse first outbreak and lesions

This does not sound like HSV2. It would come on initially 2-3 weeks then potential outbreaks could be another 2 weeks, etc. It comes and goes, but not what you are describing.

To me it sounds like either bacteria or yeast. The typical STD bacteria tests for C&G would have shown up after a few days, so you will likely be clear again. HPV would not typically have these symptoms either as you would see warts and/or the non-wart version does not have associated pain (or symptoms at all).

If you are going back for a re-test, perhaps also test for trich and mycoplasma genitalium if they are not in your panel. Trich can cause swelling, redness and painful urination (albeit it is more rare). At least you can rule it out as well.

I am still so worried it could be herpes, it is specifically targeted to one area of my vagina like right when you open the lips not on the actual lips but the inside right there is red and burning like when I sit I dont really feel the burning unless i start moving or do walking as mentioned above. I got tested for trich on Thursday and it came back negative so I know it cant be that, today it looked like my vagina had like white discharge more of it but it was not coming out like it usually does when I have  a yeast infection and no itching what so ever. The nurse did state that I have bacteria in the urine but do not think that would be the cause of the burning externally, I am only taking medicine for UTI anyway and bacteria and yeast came back negative on Thursday, but that was before I started the antibioitcs but for some reason it does not seem to me that it could be that just because I have had yeast infections before and they were different than this.
