Anyone Experience this? Weird symptoms after sexual intercounter? Negative test?

hello, this will be lengthy so plz bare with me.

i got into a relationship with a guy in end of 2017, he orginally told me his mom dead of hiv. Shortly after having unprotected sex with him i started having muscle twitching that started in my legs to all over my body. then i would have burning while peeing, extreme pelvic pain, headaches, jerks , tinnitus , eye burning , feeling unwell, walking up in middle of sleep, i also remember being at work and yawning from the time i got up until i left, weakness in legs at one point , numbness, and tingling . i remember one point being tested pos for hsv1. then i noticed the same boyfriend was experiencing muscle twitching as well because you can see it through skin at times . i continued to test for all stds, all negative beside hsv1. i had one test in dec of 2018, hiv test came back weakly positive and i had to re test. i re tested and have re tested a million time since then all negative! till this day the symptoms are too a mimimum but the muscle twitching is there! my new husband is now also twitching and having similiar symptoms. please help any feed back would be appreciated
