Anyone experienced shortness of breath or something similar?

Can stomach problems cause shortness of breath? Ever since the day before yesterday I feel this pressure/dull pain in my upper/middle back and I feel like I need to take a deep breath all the time or to yawn.

    Maria as mentioned before.... please see gallbladder symptoms..and yes one of them is dull pain that can became worse when taking a breath....so your answer is yes it can.
