I don't have symptoms brought on by potatoes, but I just saw my doctor and asked if I could be having allergic reaction to food because symptoms seem to come on so suddenly. She told me that sometimes we can be sensitive to certain foods, I should keep a food diary. I am so hypersensitive to any medical issues these days that the "diary" idea is just to overwhelming

I was just thinking this recently, Ive been eating a to of ice cream recently and have been suffering with low down stomach pains and nausea on top of cold symptoms, headache, sore throat, sinus issues, sneezing and just feeling shattered.I have kept off it for a few days and have kept dairy to a minimum and yesterday felt quite perky yesterday, Im feeling a little weary today but I had a bad night. It may have been a coincidence but I will keep tabs on what I eat, I need to eat healthier but its easier to make not so healthy food choices when your feeling rubbish.

I was sensitive to gluten for a while and went gluten free for a year and felt great, I should do that again but I do love bread, and pasta and cakes and biscuits, why is all the nice stuff made of flour 😦

Dairy and sugar, they make me crazy literally. I had to cut them out of my diet completely. Once i did that, i felt so much better. So strange how our bodies change during this time.
